Friendly Not good at all. They could not bring up my reservation. I had confirmation # name date address. They were booked solid. They didn't have another room w/2 dbl beds. We had to settle for rm/1 dbl n 1 sofa pull out. No extra blankets in room. Mattress on bed n pull out very cheap, noisy, uncomfortable. No soap, shampoo in room. Had to also settle for a smoking rm. only thing good was the people in front desk tried as best to accommodate us. Very friendly n helpful. We had no choice but to take what was available. Front desk always closed! The desk was closed but had a phone that said dial 500 to get checked into your room. We called about 10 times before someone answered then waited a good 15-20 min for someone to finally come and help us. The beds were way too hard and the bathroom didn't have shampoo but came with a smashed roach on the plug in the bathroom...never again!
Construction nearby made it seem as if the windows were open
THIN WALLS THE NOISE CARRIED FROM ALL THE ROOMS AND FROM THE CONSTRUCTION FROM THE EXPRESSWAY NEXT TO THE HOTEL. IT MADE IT DIFFICULT TO SLEEP WHEN PEOPLE CAME IN LATE AT NIGHT AND EARLY IN THE MORNING.
