Mala Administración Muy difícil de llegar al lugar pues esta muy mal señalado. Están construyendo la carretera ademas que esta a 20 minutos del centro de Laredo TX. si uno llega en la noche no hay quien lo reciba y corre el riesgo de no poderse hospedar. Yo llegue y ya estaba cerrada la Administración pero aun estaba la gente ahí. Otra familia llego mas tarde y no pudo hospedarse... terrible. Mejor pagar unos cuantos pesos mas pero tener la seguridad de que se podrán hospedar, sobre todo si llegan por la noche.

Not so good We reserved this room to have a place to stay as we evacuated form Hurricane Harvey. The room was very small with only 1 double bed. The hotel does not offer or have cots or sleep away beds to rent or use. We were never able to find a luggage cart to use to help us unload our luggage. The shower in our room did not work, so a bath it was. The WIFI was terrible as we constantly lost signal. We also found a roach in the kitchen area. That was no suite it was room with large sink and fridge. Lousy and dingy towels not impressed with locatiion.

Worst Experience The Front Desk was not available for me to check in. I called the number on the lobby phone and was told someone would meet me there. No one came. I called back and was informed that no one was on property and I would have to wait for her to get there. I asked for my reservation to be cancelled.

No me respetaron mi reservacion Llegue tarde en la noche al hotel y me encontré con la recepción cerrada, despues de estar esperando como media hora llega una persona que me dice que no tienen habitaciones. Le dije que tenía una resevacion confirmada, incluso ya estaba pagada, pero su respuesta fue la misma, que no me podia ayudar porque no tenía habitaciones. Tuve que irme a buscar a esas horas otro lugar para hospedarme. Fue muy, pero muy desagradable...

Important to check details. This hotel rate is quite good and it is very basic for quick, low cost lodging needs. The front desk actually closes as 10 so if you arrive late you will have to wait to be checked in, the same in the morning with check outs, they open until 10. The rooms are clean but not necesarily comfortable. If these details would have been clearly stated then I wouldnt took it. I arrived late and had a cold and had to wait almost 20 minutes to be checked in.

didn't like it their was roaches in the room. the bed is very uncomfortable

ROACHES We found roaches all over the room. 2 in the bathroom & 3 in the room it self. Also we booked a non-smoking room & they gave us a smoking room & did not care about our concerns. I took only 2 photos of the roaches in the bathroom & let me tell you I didn't wait for them to pose for the pic lol but it was to show them & she didn't even want to she the pics or come to the room!
