Se checked in at 2am, and there was no body at the desk. Only arte spending 30 minutes on the phone, somebody came.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! There were raoches all over the place, they come out of the outlets. It was dirty and there was no parking available. The hotel staff thought I was lying about the roaches until I showed them the videos and photos I took in the room.

Gross This place is gross. Roaches every where. No ice machine. Front desk lady was rude.Housekeeping didn't throw away prior guest trash. No coffee in rooms. TV didn't work. No light next to bed. Other lights in room didn't work. Too many roaches to take pictures of. Beds sink in.

Hotel will not refund, so only book entire week if you are certain no changes in stay. Hotel is tolerable for work stay not family.

Muy mal. Habitación con olor fuerte a cigarro. Avise que llegaría muy tarde y aún así la persona de guardia tardo demasiado en atenderme .esperé en lobby. Por la mañana me llamaron 2 veces al cuarto para preguntarme si me iba a quedar más tiempo. 7.40 am. Es necesario llamar a esa hora? Le contesté que desocuparia el cuarto a las 11.am. volvió a llamar a las 10.30. Luego el personal de limpieza a las 10.45 hizo lo mismo. Fatal.

Not a good experience Took 45 minutes to check in at 10:45 pm , tired and wasn’t expecting that absolutely NO WATER ORESSURE , had to flush twice if went #2 and there was roaches I was quite disappointed
