The place is too dirty
Muy malo La base de la cama estaba quebrada y en la cocineta habia cucarachos.
Cheap and you get (most of) what you pay for Cheap hotel, room was dirty and heater was broke. Cockroaches in the room, which is common for the area but I had to argue for a few bait traps for my room. Most of staff was rude- Only one woman behind the counter was ever polite and helpful, the rest of the employees were neither. They hardly attend the front desk and are rude when you go there ask for anything, like more toilet paper or fresh towels, which you have to collect yourself- forget room service. Worst- AC/Heater not working & Cockroaches roaming I had very worst experience at hotel - WoodSpring Suites Laredo, Laredo. I have already reported complaints to Expedia on same. Still awaiting response from Expedia. Problems - The AC/heaters were not working in the hotel room. Also lot of cockroaches in the room. It took 3 calls and 45 minutes to get some one to my room door for look into the problems. However no resolution was provided and told that no alternate rooms are available where I can shift. Wrong choice of hotel To start when I check in there was a man sitting in small entrance in a folding share smoking a cigar who look scary with dreadlocks. Then attendant ask for payment in cash stating cc machine did not work. Thank god I paid online. Room was not clean, table was stickiy, bathroom had same sticky stuff, no soup or shampoos. Towels were thin and old. Noising during night staff making noise. Getting to hotel was bad because of road construction.

Extremely old; wood smelled causing allergies, walls too thin for the loud noise that was permitted. Next to busy freeway.
