Nice hotel but no fridge Nice hotel but no fridge, I also found a small cockroach, also hard find entrance, main entrance was blocked
Terrible stay The hotel had critters in it. Then turned on AC and it was very loud. Bed seemed to be broken, had to adjust to other side to remain level.
Bed and room could be better. Declining place. It used to be more maintained. Bed linen could be more decent and the hotel overall could be more maintained.
Dirty Rooms & Obstructed Entry I did not like the dirty sheets. They don't change out the sheets. The floor was also dirty. I could see it on my socks. Also too much construction going on. The main entrance is blocked. I had to make several circles around the area to find the entrance.
Eeehhhhhh... For $37 a night it was an incredible deal, especially considering the kitchenette. However, I killed several small roaches in my room and my co-worker got a bad case of bedbugs. The walls are quite thin as well. We moved to a better hotel that was closer to groceries, food, the mall, hardware stores, etc.
No attention fo late arrival! Nobody attended to lobby at my arrival at 1:00am I called earlier informing about late arrival and was told to dial number # 500. Simply nobody attended and I got charged for the night! Unnaceptable!!
Mala Administración Muy difícil de llegar al lugar pues esta muy mal señalado. Están construyendo la carretera ademas que esta a 20 minutos del centro de Laredo TX. si uno llega en la noche no hay quien lo reciba y corre el riesgo de no poderse hospedar. Yo llegue y ya estaba cerrada la Administración pero aun estaba la gente ahí. Otra familia llego mas tarde y no pudo hospedarse... terrible. Mejor pagar unos cuantos pesos mas pero tener la seguridad de que se podrán hospedar, sobre todo si llegan por la noche.
Not so good We reserved this room to have a place to stay as we evacuated form Hurricane Harvey. The room was very small with only 1 double bed. The hotel does not offer or have cots or sleep away beds to rent or use. We were never able to find a luggage cart to use to help us unload our luggage. The shower in our room did not work, so a bath it was. The WIFI was terrible as we constantly lost signal. We also found a roach in the kitchen area.
