They did not respect my reservation. They sold my reservation, I did arrive late evening and the told me that they sold my room, so I had to go out to find a new hotel..This is not good at all

FAR FROM EVERYTHING, HARD TO REACH, DIRTY IT AS HARD TO REACH, BECAUSE OF THE ROAD WORK, BUR ANY SIGNS FOR DIRECTIONS. SOME COCKROACHES IN THE BATHROOM, AND THE SINK WAS DIRTY.

Terrible stay The hotel had critters in it. Then turned on AC and it was very loud. Bed seemed to be broken, had to adjust to other side to remain level.

Dirty Rooms & Obstructed Entry I did not like the dirty sheets. They don't change out the sheets. The floor was also dirty. I could see it on my socks. Also too much construction going on. The main entrance is blocked. I had to make several circles around the area to find the entrance.

Eeehhhhhh... For $37 a night it was an incredible deal, especially considering the kitchenette. However, I killed several small roaches in my room and my co-worker got a bad case of bedbugs. The walls are quite thin as well. We moved to a better hotel that was closer to groceries, food, the mall, hardware stores, etc.

No attention fo late arrival! Nobody attended to lobby at my arrival at 1:00am I called earlier informing about late arrival and was told to dial number # 500. Simply nobody attended and I got charged for the night! Unnaceptable!!
