Like: residence are nice. Dislike: bugs, crushed bugs, dirt. They do not clean your room. They do not remove trash. They clean once every 2 weeks. Water is never hot (cold showers) Room smells like weed. Cost you extra for clean towels and linen. Cost the same as a regular hotel but without regular hotel goodness(?)

Disappointing Upon arrival was told they did not have a room even though we had a reservation. Receptionist was the only one cleaning the r rooms and checking people in.

Terrible customer service I showed up to check in and was met with a hand drawn sign that stated “Sold Out”. Thinking that I had a reservation and all I had to do was check in, I was sorely wrong. I called the front desk phone as there was no one at the front desk and was told that there was no vacancies. I stated that I was already reserved and just needed to check. Nothing unique, dirty linen, stain dirty blanket, hairs in sheets, no mattress cover grossly stained mattress, I was told they were short handed with staff and the mattress covers were on back- order😡…

This property was overbooked and after we paid in full and we’re forced at midnight to find other accommodations now we are being refused a refund! Hello Lance, Thank you for contacting Expedia.
