Staff were amazing. Stayed for 3 nights. The 2nd night was horrible. There was a strong smell of weed and drunk teenagers that were extremly loud until 2am. 3rd night i seen roaches all in the bathroom. Will not stay here again

A majority of the third floor is smoking. When I booked through expedia I was unaware that we were signing up for smoking rooms. I mean it wreaked of smoke so bad that one of my athletes had an asthma attack. Fortunately the staff was able to move us around to different rooms but arriving late evening Friday was a bit of a hassle for the uncleanliness of the hotel.

Gross gross no pillow ants in the room gross!!!

Our housekeeping staff takes pride in what they do daily and we also have processes in place to double check each room prior to occupancy by the next guest. should have kept looking elsewhere beds were hard as a rock, no toilet paper, shower had no pressure, toilet stopped flushing, paper thin walls let you hear EVERYTHING!!!

Staff was very courteous. Disappointed in the room itself. No dishes or silverware. No coffee pot.

Had a two night stay and they did not clean room or provide new towels. Overall hotel has a musty/mold odor.

Room not "made-up' because of 3 night stay !

Not the value it appeared to be Staff was very nice, but the room was mediocre and a lot of details were missing. The fact that breakfast was included was kind of a joke, since it was a basket of granola bars ( I had the last one on day one, and they were all gone on day two).

Did not live up to pictures, also hotel allowed smoking, which is disagreeable
