Air conditioner did not seem to work . Shower was dirty. Room was very small. Breakfast was minimal.

Roaches in room Roaches on kitchen counter, bugs in bathroom. No muffins when we went down for breakfast.

our room was sold We reserved and paid for our hotel 6 months ahead of time. When my wife arrived, she was told that our room was sold and there were no other available rooms. The staff wouldn't talk to her about a refund since it was booked through Expedia. I was on the phone over an our with Expedia reps who tried to talk to hotel management about a refund. In the end, we only got 75% back. I will avoid this hotel and recommend the same to anyone else.

Six nights of disappointments When we checked in there was no King bed it was Queen there were no pillows, no blankets, the fridge didn't work, there was a hot plate missing and open wires to the other side and not an amenity insight. Even though it advertised free breakfast apparently you had to pay upper rates to get it. I certainly paid an appropriately high rate???

Dirty rooms and no assistance from manager When we arrived our room was already dirty at check-in. The fridge had food and stains in it, razors in the shower, mold growing on the wall and towels pushed under the bathroom counter. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The manager wasn't there all weekend and she never got back to me regarding my issue. Promises not kept We were promised a handicapped room a week before arrival and it wasn't available on arrival. Two different receptionists made promises that were never realized. They couldn't even set the wake up call, so don't depend on that, either.
