It is in a bad neighborhood and the property is not well kept We were checking in late and the phone to reach the staff didn’t work so I had to call the company and they had to contact him. It was dirty in our room especially the floor throughout the room and bathroom. The tub drain was full of hair and didn’t drain. The people hanging around outside the hotel didn’t make us feel safe and we were a little worried about our car overnight, thankfully it was fine. The guy who checked us in was nice

Can’t beat the location and cost Our sink and shower didn’t work properly, which made the week stay difficult. The location was perfect. The staff was nice.

It's okay During my stay, I encountered several issues: The first room assigned had water leaking from the bathroom door frame. I was relocated to another room, but it was under renovation and missing key amenities (microwave, stove, etc.). The television was unusable, and both the internet and phones were down during the stay. The shower rod collapsed when I attempted to use the shower the next morning. Could have been better, location was a perk The hotel was not very clean, even our room was dirty in the kitchen and bathroom area. Also we could not get the television to work and when we tried to reach the front desk no one was there. Finally when we were able to find someone they said that they couldn't do anything. We expected better service for the large amount of money we paid. The location was perfect for the trip, and the fact that the rooms have tiny kitchens in them are a great touch.

The one bad experience of my stay in Louisville was this dive called a hotel. The price I paid for room. It was supposed to have 2 beds, it didn't. The chairs in the room looked like they were picked from the trash. Not clean at all. The parking pass was the only good thing about this place.

STAY AWAY - disgusting place It is DISGUSTING. There is a vile smell in the elevator and in the hallways that seeps into the rooms. It was so bad that we started covering our face to leave the room. In addition, there's no room service and the furniture in the room is old and tearing. Outside, it feels unsafe with a lot of strange people out at all hours.
