Not a pleasant stay at all. The whole place has a "sweaty boot" funky smell to it. Rooms are super noisy due to paper thin walls and ceilings. Don't expect to get much sleep or peace and quiet because it ain't gonna happen.

Unfriendly Wood crap Springs Suites So I booked this hotel through a 3rd party. Hotels. com. My construction crew and I got to the hotel and no one would let us in. The night clerk was extremely rude to the 1st crew member, (an army veteran) that got there before the rest of us. She told him that they were booked up and he had no reservation. I booked the room for my son. They would not take my credit card over the phone. They said they were going to send me an email with a form so they could process the credit card. THEY NEVER SENT THE FORM I had to wire the money to my son so he could put it on his credit card. And the manager onsite was not a very personable person.
