4th floor smelled bad, our room smelled bad. Floors were dirty, the bathtub had hair in it, stains that looked like cigarette burns were on the side of the tub. Looked like dog poop in the hallway when you get off the elevator on the main floor. Good luck finding someone to talk to for assistance.

DISGUSTING First room was not clean asked to be switched second room smelt terrible like pet urine, floor was so sticky, had to go buy my own cleaning g products to feel comfortable. TheN found 3 roaches in the bed!
