Bare-bones room was so noisy, they offered another room (and later charged a fee for it). This other room was dirty. I cleaned it myself, as they stated they had no staff to clean it at the time they were moving me there. It was as noisy as the first one. Doors slamming, walls shaking, extremely loud people and dogs barking. Additionally, very loud traffic noises and marijuana smells wafting into supposedly nonsmoking rooms. Dirty, bed had several hair and particles in it! Room smelled like smoke and only 1 light switch worked.

Reserved a non smoking room,got a smoking room,entire floor was smelling tobacco !!!horrible and so noisy!!! Never again,this is a rip-off,it’s 2019 how can you force people to sleep in a bedroom who smells the smoke when you are non smoker

Looked like people live in the parking lot. If you can afford an extra $40 stay elsewhere. Extended stays have Shady clientele, it’s more of a low end apt living.

No hot water so no one could shower, could not get an extra cot even after asking, no shampoo or other items provided,

Worst service ever We didn’t get to stay there they said we didn’t pay for our room and we even had proof of payment. They told us we would need the credit card present with us and wouldn’t take the information over the phone. We went to a different hotel. The man was very rude
