Check in was quick and efficient. Dorm like rooms. Clean and comfortable. Looks like the pictures. Good parking and right off the freeway. Great place to stay and the price is right coming off a long day on the road.

Not communicated how to get clean towels and that office closed at 8 on saturday, even though he opened up to check someone in, he refused to get me clean towels even if i rushed back up to get my "dirties", took the night manager quite some time to "come down to check in" , it was after hours and the corporate dispatch said she were upstairs assisting other customers when i could clearly hear her on the other side of the wall counting money and texting (continuously vibrating on counter top) ...no need for dishonesty.

Although MY room was decently clean (despite the entire hotel having an odd funky smell to it), my friends staying the same night had a room with DIRTY unmade beds and literal dirt piles in the bathroom and floor. Their room was comped, however this is not acceptable for a hotel! I suspect mine was only clean because on my check in i wrote and then told then i am a neat freak!
