Value without rundown facility Budget friendly. Basic room with only the necessary amenities. Could use a pillow top matress and queen size beds instead of full. Overall nice and clean without spending a fortune.
smelly! just a roof over you head. 4th floor was incredibly smelly, weird stink for the whole week.

Cheapest Only stayed their because it was the cheapest due to the other hotels taking advantage of the visitors from Oklahoma State university fans and i wasn't there for the over rated football game

TTU student who stayed here between apartment leases for two weeks. It served its purpose - cheapest housing available. Nothing special.
