The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room and entire hotel smelled like cigarettes and weed. The smoke alarm in our room started going off at one point as people in the rooms near us were smoking inside. The shower water was cold and would not get hot or even warm.

To start off this place does not have a gym, pool nor breakfast provided. The staff are nice people and very welcoming. I had asked for a refund but the suite did not want to give me my money back.

Dirty towels, shower and floors. Reeked of weed. Computers took forever to do our reservation. Very bright light shown into our window all night

No towels and no toilet paper when I got to the room so I had to go to the lobby for that. TV was not working until I had staff look at it.
