Oof that thang is STANKY!!! They say it’s a non-smoking hotel/room, but the second you step foot in the elevator it smells like you just walked into a trap house. I had to drink myself to sleep to be able to tolerate the smell. When I got home, my clothes smelled like they just spent 6 months in a halfway house. not like how it was online outlets didn’t work in bathroom, tub was leaking, water didn’t get warm, whole hotel smelt like marijuana.

No idea! They closed before my flight got in, so i could not check in. I slept in my rental. Extremely disappointed. Nothing on the check in emails said there was no 24 hour front desk.

If you plan to stay here for a few nights, just be aware they do not provide any toiletries! One small bar of soap is all you get. No shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, etc. And, if you ask the front desk if they have any, they are quite rude and tell you they’ve never had any! This was our first time staying here so we didn’t know!

The bathroom is dirty, the bed are not strong. the outside of the build is neat but not the room. Staff not their 24/7 .

Property was in a convenient area. A little difficult to get to from Google directions. Had to make several trips to my vehicle because there was only one luggage cart on the premises

Awful experience. We were there for a funeral and Lubbock was booked due to TT homecoming. We had no choice BUT to stay there. The room was dirty(bugs/hair/etc), water pressure was bad, plugs didn’t work, AC made an awful noise, they usually didn’t have linens when we tried to replace towels each day. We had to postpone our departure for one day and they wouldn’t even extend our booking for 1 day—even though we had already been there for 4 nights.
