Disgusting and rood. We just left. Nobody was at the front desk when we arrived. We had to call from the lobby phone to get somebody to come. The lady said it would be 15 minutes until she could check us in on the phone. Once she finally arrived, it turns out that she was the person out in the parking lot smoking when we first arrived. Oof that thang is STANKY!!! They say it’s a non-smoking hotel/room, but the second you step foot in the elevator it smells like you just walked into a trap house. I had to drink myself to sleep to be able to tolerate the smell. When I got home, my clothes smelled like they just spent 6 months in a halfway house. No idea! They closed before my flight got in, so i could not check in. I slept in my rental. Extremely disappointed. Nothing on the check in emails said there was no 24 hour front desk.
