Unprofessional manager We have stayed at this Value Place many time in the last 2 years but this time is the last. When we arrived on Tuesday we were told elevator was slow but the part was on the way, Friday elevator was shut down and was told part was being overnighted. Monday morning the manager knocked on our door at 8:45am to see if we were leaving or checking out that morning as scheduled. I asked if elevator was working, he said no. No roll out bed, what? The hotel and the staff were nice. However, we asked for a roll out bed and could not obtain one because the manager had the key to the room they were kept in and was out of town. We slept three deep and a double

Worst bed ever! Worst bed ever! No box spring! Mattress on a wire rack! I've had better beds at summer camp!!! No cushioned chair to sit in. No TP, no cups, towels old and stained, floor filthy, not even a tissue dispenser! Will never stay or recommend to anyone!

HOTELS.COM DID NOT BOOK US A ROOM, OR THE HOTEL LOST IT. SO, WE ENDED UP HAVEING TO TAKE A SMOKING ROOM.

You get what you pay for. Hotel did not feel inviting. Staff did not make you feel welcome. Front desk was behind a glass window. This is a no frills hotel. Room did not seem very clean. Not sure how often the bed was turned.

value place smokehouse felt like i was sleeping inside a bar. Waking up in the morning with a smokey taste in my mouth was a plus. the room was non smoking by the way. The linens were too old and rough, definitely possibly doubling as loufas. i would not recommend this place for the steep price theyre asking for.

If its non-smoking - why are ashtrays in rooms? Room smelled like smoke. Highway noise. Upstairs noise from other tenants. A/C cycled on and off all night.

No hotel amenities--just an extended stay This is good if you have no place to live and need an apartment. No shampoo, conditioner, no cleaning services. It was like an apartment with no amenities. I thought I paid for a hotel, not a room in someone's house.
