We weren’t to happy the long stay we where there no one came around to clean we asked and they said once every week but nobody knew when was that day

Terrible. Asked for non smoking. Entire floor was smoking except for my room centered in the middle. Also. Entire floor smelled like pot.

Worst Visit Ever Not the hotel experience that you want to have....terrible hotel ...not clean and they may even have bed bugs. Don't look at the pictures because it looks different when you arrive.

Cleaner Staff needs to replace all sheets once the room is vacated. Upon arrival our bed had human hair and signs of the sheets being dirty. Luckily staff changed them upon request.

You get what you pay for Worst hotel I've veered stayed, if you are going for cheap well you will get what you pay for. The receptionist made a mistake checking us in and was going to charge double the next morning. Also the person cleaning the room tried to forcefully open the door at 9am made me jump right out of bed. I thought someone was trying to break in. Not friendly Smells bad in the hallways! Stinks stinks stinks!!!
Don't waste time or money! Seriously awful! I literally couldn't even make it one night at this hotel, left in the middle of the night because it smelled so bad of smoke, bugs everywhere, the door would make a noise every time someone walked by, and the bed was as hard as a rock! I would have rather slept in my car, don't waste your money here! And of course the hotel isn't refunding me any of my money back even though i checked out the next day but paid for 5 days! RIDICULOUS! Nastiest hotel in Lubbock!
Someone tried to get into our room in the middle of the night! Room phone isn't connected to front desk. Front desk closes at 10pm. Room it self looked like a drug rehab room from TV. Cold. No warmth. No comfort. The sitting area consisted of plastic conference CHAIRS.
