I was moved to another WoodSpring location in Lubbock at the last minute. The West location was uncomfortable, a little dirty and had an awful smell in the hallway all weekend.

The bed was like land on nails hard as rock. The. The air condition would come on and cut off and get real hot in the room. never clean a room while we're there also back door get in hotel wouldnt work after 1 day they seam money gungery there o ly 1 bed in that hotel will not stay rhere again

I never saw the property. They called a couple of hours before check in and said they were overbooked. Imade the reservation 4 days earlier. They at least should have notified me within 1 day
this hotel is in need of upgrades. If you just need a place that has a bed and running water then this is it. Did not have any extra towels available, only supplied two and we were told there were no more. No amenities what so ever. Bring your own. Trash on property was overflowing for two days. Very disappointed. I won't stay here again.

The hotel trash can at the entrance of the hotel was full so you see trash everywhere.
