Hotel felt cold and like a nursing home I found evidence of bedbugs in my bed, when I asked about it they said they had no bedbug problems.
The bed was extremely hard and it was very noisy!
Sketchy. Bad beds. Sketchy clientele. Terrible beds. Not recommend, particularly for family.
Bad experience over Christmas Holiday. I felt the appearance of the room was pleasant over all. However the room assignment was not at all adaquit for the reservation I placed online. They did reassign a better rom but still did not meet my anicial request. After the first dat the door key malfunctioned during a holiday when the front desk was closed. Big disappointment I checked in to this hotel at around 8 PM, By then, the office was closed and it took two phone calls and 15 minutes to get someone to the front desk. When I got to my room, there were no linens and it smelled really bad. I was moved to a second room that also had no linens, but it smelled better. Housekeeping made up the second room, but I was never sure if it had indeed been cleaned. There were no toiletries except for a spare roll of TP. Wasn't happy not having amenities available. Having to carry out my own trash not getting extra towels and soap. No iron available for guest use. No front desk available just wasn't too happy about my stay. Had had a downpour of water fall on my daughter while she showered it was terrible ..tv reception was terrible picture was blurry and fuzzy.
When we got to hotel to check in, there was no one at the front desk. We had to call and finally someone showed up. When we got our card keys we had trouble right away with both keys. We finally got to our room and the heater wasn't working, we called front desk and the man said he was going to send maintenance. He couldn't get a hold of maintenance so we got switched rooms.
