Saddened And Angry They Charged My Card.When I Got There.We Had No Room Available For Us.My Dad Is In The Hospital.We Had Nowhere To Go.Its Graduation.I Hope That I Can Get My Money Back In My Account.
The bed wasn't even a bed it was a little aluminum frame with a mattress on top of it... Reminded me of a couple who first starts out roughing it hardcore, if you want comfort here is not the place.

Smoke dungeon Upon arrival at the hotel no one was at the front desk. When the gentleman came he was super nice. Which I appreciated since I had to wait 10 minutes. I booked a non-smoking room but he stated that the only thing he had available with double beds was a smoking. Since every other hotel in this city was booked we had to take it. Stayed over 2 mths dirty room dirty lien towels Bad services with housekeeping RM cleaned no towels bed linen was never made missing toilet paper room services very unpleasant stay knocking door even when it was a stay pd for very poor service charging for late fees have recipients was asked to leave due to refuse late fees no reason I was a residential I was tax free 39.99.instead of 33.17

Horrible experience.when i check in was given a room that look like.someome was still living there. Second room no towels phone didnt work. While sleeping at around 3:30 am. Someone else.wasassign the same room. I was.awaken by some1 opening the door. Only thing that kept them.from coming in is that i.had the latch on.the.door.when they open it. Hotel felt cold and like a nursing home I found evidence of bedbugs in my bed, when I asked about it they said they had no bedbug problems.
