I never got to stay in the room because the lady at the front desk said they were updating their system. I already paid for my room through hotel.com and the lady said it would take 24hr to 48 hrs for my refund and closed the window and I was left stranded because she didn't know how to work the new system and I still haven't gotten my refund

Not clean a lot of roches , smells cigarettes . Too

Not happy Check in was the worst, they close there window at 8pm so you have to call a number when you get to the hotel. It took 1hr and half for someone to come check us in. We had to call three times before we could get someone to come down to check us in. We will not be back.

Never staying here again This was by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. The office was closed everytime we went down they only give you 2 towels for a double bed room with 4 people staying in it. Nobody in the office to give more towels when I finally found the office open they wanted us to take our dirty towels in order to get clean towels. 1 pillow per person that was so flat you might as well not even have a pillow ac keep turning off itself it smelled like smoke throughout the halls beds were super uncomfortable looke... read more
