Pick a different location. Frugal long-term stay design is fine as a company policy. This location, however, seems to be lax on giving a damn about maintenance. My shower curtain had plenty of visible mildew buildup and the toilet still had some hardware store labels from part replacement.

800 check ins don’t work. I came in around 11pm and it was a 800 number check in. I called twice and waited an hour for check in before I gave up on it. Very disappointed in the situation.

I was sadly disappointed with this stay. I tried to check in multiple times before attending a football game and had to check in later. The later check in was over the phone and I had to wait for my keys. The sheets on the bed seemed already used as hair was layered between the comforter and sheet. There was laundry in all the hallways and bad odor.

Beware!! Room was dirty ,sheets filthy, mattress filthy and refuse to clean room or change sheets. I was handed "clean sheets" and towels and told I need clean room myself. My bed was so uncomfortable and my back still hurt from sleeping on their bed. Kitchen fan or light didn't work and stove didn't heat up

Never will stay there again money down the drain No shampoo no towels had to ask for them People in room 418 loud we could not sleep till people in 418 fell asleep no employee to call 😒 i will call for my refund left some of our stuff there 416 no answer at office

The TV channels did not work properly, the WIFI would not work and the AC did not work.
