Our reservation from Expedia stated it was for Extended Stay America Suites. They didn’t have our reservation and sent us next door to Extended Stay America which had our reservation. Room smelled terrible and was dirty. Couch was crusty and pull-out bed stained and had mildew underneath. We asked for a new room and were given a cleaner one.

The service was nice but the rooms did not spell good at all, once you enter the elevator the smell of cigarettes is there, once you enter the second floor you smell cigarettes, strong smell of foods that linger for days, the rooms also had so much dust and the rooms smelled very bad. Used towels were also left behind, the sofa that had a mattress that turns into bed was also dirty and yellow and was never changed.
