The smell of trash and garbage is horrifying throughout the entry way and into the elevator. The 2nd and third floor smelled of complete cigarette smoke and GARBAGE!!!! Felt disgusting to be there and embarrassing that I stayed!

Needs Better Service I was charged double the regular rate because of an event and I was put in a handicap room with no room service. I feel that with the price I paid the service could've been better, even with the hotel telling me they don't do wake up calls.

Decent space, zero service. All they had for breakfast was oats. They said their delivery hadn’t arrived yet. We pulled out the sofa bed after a really long day to find it blood stained. We called and asked for sheets and the lady at the front desk said we had to go down and get it ourselves. Go the extra mile people! We’re paying guests and the sheets should’ve been in the room already. Staff needs customer service training.

Filthy! Very dirty. Our pullout bed had a wrapper and a beef stick in it from previous occupants. Long hair in bathroom sink, fridge didn't chill properly. The pullout bed had a mattress so thin, the kids couldn't sleep on it even though I piled blankets on it, the dirty floor was still a better option. Noisy guests ruined otherwise good value. Other guests on our floor ruined our sleep with excessive noise until after 1am. Screaming and running the halls is not restful. Someone could have shut them down.

Not worth the price paid Housekeeping did not clean room. No in-room coffee/tea. TV channels selection very poor. ESPN channel listed but actually not available. A few of the channels had lots of static. Bathroom sink drain clogged; notified front desk but nothing was done. Refrigerator extremely noisy, such that we turned it off overnight so we could sleep. Maybe there should be negative numbers Just too much to list but our stay was terrible. Several adults arguing in the hallways for hours, belligerent with the manager. Overall the place was just furnished with old stuff from another older hotel or odd lots. Otherwise, no, no, no.
