Someone Entered my Room at Night! The front desk give another customer my room card. The guest swapped the key card and entered my room! Fortunately, no harm was done, but I will NOT be staying with Stay America any more!

Not just for one night. The hotel was really convenient for my visit. The staff was as nice as can be, however the room was pretty awful. The toilet noisily ran, until I lifted up the top to fix it. (then it was moldy and icky in there) The couch was tattered and dirty. This is a place to stay when you need to actually live there. It had laundry machines and a gym. Basic Tried this out for the first time. Definitely not a short-stay option. No housekeeping (over three nights). Rudimentary breakfast. Noisy HVAC system.

Way overrated and overpriced I stayed at this hotel on business for one and a half years. Just because it was in the back yard of my client TDS. The new manager who started last year charged my credit card twice just to tell me that the room I wanted was not available. The atmosphere is not pleasant and the cleaning lady does not know English. Very hard to communicate. The room was very noisy and the bed very hard. Over rated - staff is ridiculous and price is exhorbitatn! Stayed at this hotel for over a year and a half. The new manager charged my credit card twice and was rude and unhelpful. The rest of the staff was OK - but my computer was stolen from the room and other things stolen from the bathroom. My car was broken into and the manager Paulette was helpless and wanted the 3 digits of my credit card. Never stay there again! Would not recommend to anyone!

Room nice enough, but TV not so much My room and stay at this location was fine. Would have been so much better if they had more than 20 or so TV channels to choose from. If i were staying for an extended period of time, which is the purpose of this establishment, would not be a happy camper. If this is Extended Stay Deluxe?, should have many more channel options, and would not want to stay at simply Extended Stay

not cleaned Room had a kitchen. There was garbage/rotten food under the sink from the previous guest. Never stay there again.

Bed sheets were not changed!! Asking the front desk, they said it is done once a week!!!!!!!!!!!!

Extended Stay Madison West The room smelled of musty old yuck and pets...I arrived late after working all day and didn't have the energy to request being moved...I'm not sure if all rooms qualify for pets but I will certainly check that information next time if I go back.
