The service was nice but the rooms did not spell good at all, once you enter the elevator the smell of cigarettes is there, once you enter the second floor you smell cigarettes, strong smell of foods that linger for days, the rooms also had so much dust and the rooms smelled very bad. Used towels were also left behind, the sofa that had a mattress that turns into bed was also dirty and yellow and was never changed.

Will not stay here again. Window wouldn’t close completely. Air conditioner leaked leaving carpet soggy. Kitchen supplies meager, mismatched and not completely clean. No sponges supplied for washing kitchen items. Ice tray gross. Security poor … my room key had to be replaced multiple times when key card just stopped working and I was never asked to show ID when getting a new key card. No one ever came to room to clean or replace towels. Room was damp and towels never truly dried.

The front desk person was quite rude at check in. Had to wait in the entryway since it was very late but his answer when I rang was rude, like I bothered him. No personality at check in. Rude tone. Lobby smelled of weed. Hotel was very clean. Room was very clean except the bed sheets looked like they had not been changed so we used the extra set. Staff good- other guests dumpy There were abandoned cars in the lot (smashed out windows, trashed not moving for multiple days), people were yelling in the middle of the day about domestic violence acts that were committed- this was right outside the lobby. However, the staff was awesome.
