The staff at the time I checked in were terrible. Pillow covers are smelly. My room is a no smoking but smells like everything. Not a good hotel for that price. Overall maintenance is poor. Thanks!

Smelly room; very limited kitchen utensils. No restaurant on site.
The heater was so noisy I had to turn it off then it got too cold in there. I didn't sleep past 3 in the morning. I took a shower when I was done I went to use the hair dryer and it started smoking and smelled like an electrical fire so I had to unplug it and throw it in the sink. Horrible experience!

The smell of trash and garbage is horrifying throughout the entry way and into the elevator. The 2nd and third floor smelled of complete cigarette smoke and GARBAGE!!!! Felt disgusting to be there and embarrassing that I stayed!

Needs Better Service I was charged double the regular rate because of an event and I was put in a handicap room with no room service. I feel that with the price I paid the service could've been better, even with the hotel telling me they don't do wake up calls.
