Customer Service Sucks The trip from hell. No person available for check-in. Sign said dial 0 but nophone available. Called trying to resolve , trNsferred three times. They verified no person was at the prope. I tried to change it to the prolerty on thevsane street. Same hotel chain and could nit. O calledbthis morning and stayed on hold 20 minutes abd got hung up on

Haunted Hotel Hell The place looks like a drug house. Broken doors, weird odor, brown towels and a strange reception area all combine for a truly disturbing and dystopian looking property. There is a better extended stay next to the Wolfchase mall. Avoid this property at all cost for your piece of mind.

Nice staff but needs complete overall. I stayed here regularly - but will not be back. The management was lovely, but the building needs to be totally redone on the interior. Ripped furniture, stained carpets, dripping faucets, missing light bulbs, no room phones (but that is a trend). Lighting in the parking lot is poor. There is no security. I was travelling with my wife and kids. We were driving through and just going to stay the night. After driving the lot and looking for parking we noticed multiple cars in the lot with broken windows. I spoke to a gentleman who had his truck broken into that night and some items were stolen. We decided to leave and did not even go to the room. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful.

The staff was friendly. We really appreciated the lady who checked us out. She apologized for things that occurred during our stay and we really appreciate her kindness. There are several negative things that occurred during our stay but her acknowledgement of the things and her apologies were very much appreciated. We could tell that she was very sincere about the things that happened. She gets an A and the hotel should definitely praise her as an employee.

I paid in advance for my room and drove over 12 hrs from FL to TN. When I got to extended stay they had given my room away.
