Bad place 1st of all i couldn't get an answer after 11:00 to let them know i was delayed coming from Nashville. So that i could have a later check in. So I'm peeved i drove from Nashville and don't have a place to sleep before i drive to back home Dallas today. Poor poor place

The facility was outdated. The hotel said it was smoke free but our room smelled like cigarettes called the front desk and the guy said you won’t be charge for it the previous guest already paid. Poor excuse. The furniture was damage and the walls were dirty. Why can you not upkeep this hotel like the rest, is it because of the area. All hotels should be held to the same standards.

The kitchen was so dirty it had food all in the sink and on counter all over the stove. The drawers had socks and underwear left in them. They never came and gave us clean towels. The first night we only had 1 wash cloth. I had to go and get more towels and wash clothes the next day. I told the lady on duty all she said was it was a busy weekend. When we got there they wanted to give us 1 queen bed when I had booked 2 queen beds. I told them no way way we reserved 2 beds. They said they were over booked.

This property really disappointed my family! We had a reservation in advance and when we got there after driving with four kids in the car for 5 hours, the receptionist told me that they had one room stayover and had a walk-in that took the room we needed. So we ended up staying at another location, and had to drive anothe 15 minutes out of our way. This experience was horrible!

Very low budget(Radedy)hotel Very outdated bed sleeps horrible pillows very flat horrible locations wasn't worth the my money very low budget hotel

Upon checking I had to sign some statement of additional charges that would be levied if I trashed the room or smoked in it. (I don’t smoke nor do I trash rooms) Light bulbs were missing from lamps. Labels were placed on lamps, advising something was wrong. Hair dryer was missing from the bathroom. Hotel staff asked me to return to the front desk upon checkout. Bathroom was small. I won’t stay at this chain in the future b
