oversold rooms I booked this hotel and I had a confirmation. It was late around midnight. There is not a lobby and all they have is a box with a phone in it. They said they did not have a room available. I can't vouch for the interior because I never was let in the door. I am trying to get a refund from Hotels.com because I was charged for the room.

A not so fun experience I arrived at the hotel and was told that they can not find my reservation. I showed the email and confirmation number to the front desk. She then rings up a transaction under someone else's name. I tell her that that is not my name and my name is on the ID i just gave you. The lady said for me to wait outside and call Hotels.com because i do not see anything here. I call and they confirm the reservation and ask to speak to the front desk. I walk inside and she is gone.
