Horrible When we arrived to the hotel, they said they had our reservation but had no available rooms! We had been traveling for 13 hours with 3 kids & this was just a stopping point. The lady at the front desk, Rose, was rude & unhelpful. I was so disappointed with this hotel. They eventually had us stay at a different location but this was after 2 hours of going back & forth with them. THEN, they ended up charging us for BOTH hotels, calling us a no-show for the unavailable hotel.

Don't stay here The check in was quick and easy. The room wasn't very clean. Oven was horrible! Very disappointing especially during Covid. The pull out bed was disgusting. There were dead roaches in the bathroom cabinet so you know they don't clean well. Also front desk clerk told us you're only allowed to get fresh towels at a certain time. She was very rude!!

Didn’t stay room wasn’t cleaned, maybe sent to the wrong room but I didn’t try again

Gave our room away Called hotel 3 days ago and told them we would arrive late, they said no problem and noted my checkin. When we arrived they found my reservation but didn't have my room. Front desk girl said nothing i can do. You will have to go somewhere else. What a terrible experience. DON'T EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL.
