It was a big room everything was broke. Ask them to fix a couple things never got done. Ask about cleaning our room and they wanted extra money for that not right. I got bug bites from the room

The lighting was dim could not see thoroughly to put on my makeup. The TV didn't not work, no garbage can in the room at all. The inside lobby small and unattractive for people from out of town. It was not the best decision to have stayed there.

Room cleanliness was a significant concern. There were a previous guest’s dirty and stinky gym clothes left in a dresser drawer. It did not appear the table had been wiped clean as it was sticky and there were glass rings on it. The bed sheets were stained. The pillows had hairs on them.

Half the lights in the room didn’t work, bathroom sink and tub backed up as soon as you turned on the water, Hallways smelled like a men’s locker room and the elavator would stop working at least once a day I would see someone at the front counter for maybe 10 minutes a day. The problems are because of poor and negligent management This was honestly and easily the worst place I’ve ever stayed and based on this experience I will never stay at or even recommend a stay at this chain

If they cancel your reservation, it might be good. I would not recommend this hotel. First of all, I got a phone call at 6:00 PM from the front desk asking if I was going to check in that night. They told me that they cancel reservations that are not paid and/or checked in by 6:00 PM. What if I had been on an airplane instead of a car??? They would have cancelled my reservation (which in hindsight would have been a blessing!) and I would have arrived to no room. How stupid is that?
