Booked Queen room online but when I got there they said they don't have anymore Queen room. So I was sent to another nearby extended stay America that was 5 min drive away but was also turn down by the front desk lady because she couldn't or don't care about customer first. I Kno it's a little difficult to transfer the reservation over but there was other possible ways out but I guess the front desk lady didn't put customer first and we have to leave because she didn't try hard enough.

TV speakers were distorted, the room was not maintained each day, the free wi-fi was unusable even for email most of the time.

everything was extra The hotel advertised a kitchenette and coffee pot but wanted me to RENT those items. We have stayed in many many hotels and have never had a hotel, especially one that advertised itself as an extended stay place require a fee for the basics. Breakfast was also less than expected. more like a snack.

Intruder Alert Someone walked into our room. We heard someone at the door but didn't expect it to open! We didn't get a good look at the person because they left rather quickly. When we brought this up to staff they didn't seem to really be concerned about it. Unfortunately we weren't able to find lodgings elsewhere so we had to stay, even when the room next door was watching TV all night, with no help from the staff to help remedy the situation. I honestly feel awful that I paid for this nightmare fuel.

Horrible, blood stained shower curtains, room smelled like cigarettes smoke. Huge stains all over the bed, comforter and sheets. Stains on chairs and carpet. Roaches in the staircase.

ripped off I was charged for the room by hotels.com and still had to pay a 100.00. Not using hotels.com again!

Did not respect privacy sign We left the hotel for the day around noon. Put the sign on our lock that says do not disturb. We come back to find somebody was in our room. They opened the door and left a letter on the counter but it could have been slid under the door just as easily. The next few nights we can home, we always felt as if somebody was in our room again. Never staying here again.

This is NOT a hotel!!! This is not a hotel. There is no maid service. The rooms are not vacuumed. Towels are not changed. Basic supplies for the mini kitchen are not provided. They claim to provide coffee pots, they do not. It is a very basic semi-clean place to sleep.
