Had to depart Sunday for medical reasons and was told no refunds.

Had to call for the front desk clerk to check in. Room smelled like smoke! Clerk brought air freshener. So now smells like floral smoke. Floor in room sticky. Not worth the money.

Room infested second room I rent for my staff. Also plumbing issues - shower draining do not work. Request assistance to correct this but hotel staff are not listening or don t care.

I booked a room for one of my staff and had issues with plumbing not sure why was not take care from the staff. However I booked again few weeks later and was the same issue in another room. Poor upkeeping and cleaning.

Room was infested with flies checked out early and the Hotel does not want to give money from the remaining unused nights. I have Hotel needs to honor this but they have not !

Worst experience ever My stay was the worst ever. The parties out in the parking lot at night and washer dryers did not work bugs in room. And someone was always trying to get into my room night and day. They would knock on my door at all hours. I believe they had the wrong room and your back door was not secure or Ever locked so anyone could get into the hotel building and one night there were police men walking on every floor and all around the building and parking lot looking for someone. Our room did not have a shower curtain, and it looked nothing like the room that was shown online. The toilet was disgusting, and I will never stay here again!
