Room was old and not clean.

Horrible This place is dirty and broken. If you get past dirty kitchen and shower you have to deal with an uncomfortable bed. The pillows are flat with lumps on top of a mushy bed. The air conditioner did not work properly and was very noisy. However, the bathroom fan was much louder and turned on when you turned on light.

I was originally put on the second floor due to elevators not working. My room was dirty and had roaches. They then moved me to the second floor. A customer said they had covid. We decided to check out. Was never refunded my money for the other 4 days that I didnt stay. I should have received a refund due to a customer staying there with covid. I was told i would get a refund but never did. This place is not clean and they will take your money

Our stay wasnt the best... The staff was polite but the elevator was broke and had to climb 4 flights of stairs... Food was left in the drawers the stove was dirty and the beds were hard like sleeping on a cot... We wont be back

The cops fire department and police were right outside my door for 2 and 1/2 hours at 1:00 at night being very loud. And the manager was actually leaning on my door while talking to the police.

I liked that it was pet friendly, clean rooms, staff very helpful with a good attitude. Worked hard to resolve the issues we had with my check-in.

Very disappointing is the best summary for this property. The property advertises free Wi-Fi but it does not work and there was no fix for it, My key card stopped working twice. Some times you have to manually push the elevator door closed. People keep using a rock to prevent the exterior doors from closing and management does nothing about it. Nobody stays here expecting a first class experience but this place has all the charm and ambience of a federal minimum security prison.
