Horrible experience. Staff very unprofessional. The only thing they are profession at is lying
STAY AWAY - TOTAL DUMP! This place is pat a total dump! Drive 10 more miles down the interstate or the extra $25.00 for something else close. Totally shocked at the condition of the room. Shower head broken, light on stove hanging, dirty floors, peeling paint, stove didnt work, refrigerator had rust on the sides. I was not expecting much, but certainly not a dump like that.
The bed wasn't great and the room has a smell to it.
The bed was the most uncomfortable bed, we have ever slept on! Reminded me of a "camp" type bed! In fact, the whole room, and experience there, reminded me of just that! Like a cabin! Bare nones! NOT what was expected!
Horrible Experience Very loud. People running in hallways, screaming, yelling, and making very strange sounds. People were playing very loud music. Never stayed in a place where I feared for my safety but I did here. I put anything heavy up against the door to give me some peace of mind. I didn't sleep well bc I was scared.
Definitely not the place to get a good night rest. Room was creepy vibe. Smells really bad. I guess that’s my fault for spending $100 for a room. Was hoping for better quality. But I’ll definitely spend the extra $100 for a better stay next time somewhere else
Worst Hotel Evvveeerrr The worst stay ever. I have used Hotels.com for years and have never had a issue until this trip, the room smelled horrible, so before putting my things in my room I went to the front desk and advised the manager and she stated Oh sweetie all the rooms smell like that and I have no more vacancies so I asked to cancel she said ok , I need to reach out to Hotels.com, which I did, when I walked but inside to let her know that they were going to call her, I was told she was gone for the day and would not b... read more
Will not stay at a Woodspring again. The entire hotel had an odor of mold and urine that the staff tried to cover up with deodorizers but it was unsuccessful. The room was extremely basic, the furniture was broken, and the appliances were rusted. Further, we had a long way to travel and wanted to leave early in the morning (5am). Front desk does not open until 11am! Left the keys in the room. Never in my 52 years of staying in a hotel have I had front desk open at 11am. Phone in lobby did not work to call for assistance.
