Supposed to had a queen bed. Got a double. Would do nothing about it. Floor’s were dirty, tolite wouldn’t flush. Overall alful.

Never again 1. We wanted a king size bed, we got a full and had to purchase a air mattress at Walmart. 2. You have to bring your old towels down to the front desk to get fresh ones or wash the ones you have to re-use 3. We chose non-smoking and the smoke of cigarettes and more....were fuming through the hallways and vents. My allergies were a mess w/migraines after smelling it every day. 4. Could be better There was no one to welcome us to hotel. A child call on phone lobby to let employee know she had customers waiting on her. Waited almost 20 minutes to check in.

My room was a mini suite, with a small kitchenette. The microwave didn’t work, there were no eating utensils, and I saw at least 3 small roaches in the room. In bathroom, I had no hand towels and no washcloth, only 2 bath towels.

We had to wait an extra hour and a half for our room while it was being cleaned. They gave us a room that was previously occupied with a dog owner and the smell was overpowering over the entire weekend. When we finally entered the room, there were no pillows on the bed. The trash receptacles were always overflowing outside the property doors. The back exit door key entry was broken so anyone could enter the back door at all hours of the night.
