Room had a smell, may be at Pet smell.Security door going into the building is broken.Very thin walls. Would not recommend unless you want to stay somewhere very cheap, and not for the amenities of the hotel.

Stove didnt work the air conditioner didnt work and the faucet in the bathtub didn't stop dripping it was so bad that it was all over the floor. Sheets and floors where dirty also told the staff they acted like they didnt care and wouldn't change our room it was really hot in there

I already made a request for a refund. The inside surfer of safety issues; wet floors everywhere, the tiles on hallways were not secure and it is an accident waiting to happen. The room was very dirty, the smell was like old steamy and moldy. The toilet look like they were not clean in weeks: heavy dark rim around the water, plus it had like a web net on top. Cheap, dirty and cat pee friendly Dirty extended stay. Worn out mattress. Has kitchenette and fridge looks like someone was murdered in it. Or someone dedicated on it. No telling. Bathroom smells like it was used to foster a bakers dozen of cats. We slept with the window open all night due to the smell of cat and what smells like someone huffing spray paint.

Crap hotel DO NOT STAY HERE. The bed was hard as a rock. Two pillows flat as a pancake. The room had crap all over the floor. The walk in by the elevator smelt like Marijuana. Rude front desk service. Stay far away from this hotel. Go across the highway and spend 10 or 30 more on a better hotel. Worst stay ever. The only best part of the hotel was leaving. Plus no redunds if you change your mind. CRAP HOTEL RUN DON'T BOOK.

The digs hole To much drugs smoking on inside and out.it was coming under the door in my room and I had a nonsmoking room

This property was terrible the bathroom wasn’t clean the AC/heater was broken. I was cold all night I had to sleep in my car I seen so many roaches and bugs the bed was horrible didn’t want to touch it Hard and the topping had brown stains this was the worst experience I’ve ever had experience. Checked in after midnight and was only there 20 minutes it was horrible horrible and I don’t recommend this place to anyone WoodSprings is the absolute worst hotel ever.
