No service… no lights in parking lot!! We got there about 7:30 pm. No one was at the front desk!! I waited about 10-15 mins. No one came so I went back to the truck where we had a generator and other valuables that we were taking to Florida because we lost our house there. I told my husband there was no one at the front desk. My husband said I really don’t want to stay here because there are absolutely NO LIGHTS In the parking lot. Not one! It looked to be in the middle of renovation yet that didn’t matter if you were a guest. It was a single full bed and the sheets were dirty and the floor was disgusting. The mattress felt like a sheet on springs, I’d rather a camp twin bed over what we got there.
Horrible experience. Staff very unprofessional. The only thing they are profession at is lying

STAY AWAY - TOTAL DUMP! This place is pat a total dump! Drive 10 more miles down the interstate or the extra $25.00 for something else close. Totally shocked at the condition of the room. Shower head broken, light on stove hanging, dirty floors, peeling paint, stove didnt work, refrigerator had rust on the sides. I was not expecting much, but certainly not a dump like that.

The bed wasn't great and the room has a smell to it.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed, we have ever slept on! Reminded me of a "camp" type bed! In fact, the whole room, and experience there, reminded me of just that! Like a cabin! Bare nones! NOT what was expected!

Horrible Experience Very loud. People running in hallways, screaming, yelling, and making very strange sounds. People were playing very loud music. Never stayed in a place where I feared for my safety but I did here. I put anything heavy up against the door to give me some peace of mind. I didn't sleep well bc I was scared.
