Roaches full size uncomfortable beds very basic you have to pay for extra things or things that should be included in the room ex towels are $14 for a clean set pillows bed extremely uncomfortable remember it’s a full size bed and roachessss

If you on a budge this is for you Site doesn’t mention a $150 deposit first room roaches everywhere beds are full size cheap very uncomfortable if u have a bad back (not for you)pillows horrible everything very very basic you have to pay for clean towels if you book through a 2 party If you are on a budget and don’t mind roach and not have clean towels while you there this is a hotel good for you no iron hair dryer it cost extra as well

Ridiculous deposit caused us to be on the street We werent allowed to stay because we didnt have $150 for a deposit, so basically the hotel fee of 80 bucks or so was stolen from us. I made sure i had $100 dollars for a deposit and was flabergasted to learn the deposit was nearly twice the room fee. Very disapointed in both the hotel chain and hotels.com

No where did it say we needed to pay $150.00 deposit when booking. Different pet policy from what's listed on website.

Check your rooms before you stay My key didn't work call the 500 number 3xs and no answer. Called 1 more time then the reservation rep had to contact the on-site work.. the bed are full beds very uncomfortable room smelled like mold and wet socks.

Terrible experience Terrible experience. Tried to call front office several times with no answer walked to office was always locked up and no one available. Roaches where everywhere tried to tell the manager. Was completely gross and dissatisfied.
