Bed was uncomfortable and room was not cleaned daily. Extra charge for linen??

bad customer service, nothing profecional. They do not give you cleaning service, nor change of towels or extra blanket. I do not recommend it. This was my worst family vacation

Rude staff, noisy bed, outdated condition Spend your money somewhere else, other than what’s on the title we were awakened at 8am to be asked “what time ya’ll leaving”. tried to get a different room and were told that’s the room you get

Beware of the lower rate properties. This was an extended business trip so a budget property is what we needed. The low rates should have been a sign of things to come. This property is full of low wage construction workers with old worn out trucks in the parking lot. You can imagine the behavioral attitudes. Not slow or bad seevice just NO SERVICE!!!!! Forced to take own garbage to dumpster ,forced to carry soiled Linen to desk to get More if they had any more,to wait for hours on iron and board til your turn Service window closed after 8:00, rooms cleaned after Checkout .Need i go on?? Stayed for three weeks, was ready to leave at check in because the lady at the front desk was so rude and she continued to be rude until my last day there then she tried to be nice. I would of gone elsewhere but no availability at other hotels.

Disappointed Room had an awful smell. I saw a couple of roaches crawling on counter. No coffee in rooms. Bed hard.

Worst hotel room ever! The check in host was very rude and unprofessional. She addressed me as though I was trash. I asked to see the room before paying and she said, you can pay for it or leave. I just didn't feel like any guests should be spoken to like that. The room was clean, we found that it had roaches on the day that we were leaving. We were also told that we would have to pay to get clean towels the next day. What hotel charges for clean towels. The room was clean. Overall it was awful.
