Stayed for three weeks, was ready to leave at check in because the lady at the front desk was so rude and she continued to be rude until my last day there then she tried to be nice. I would of gone elsewhere but no availability at other hotels.

Disappointed Room had an awful smell. I saw a couple of roaches crawling on counter. No coffee in rooms. Bed hard.

Worst hotel room ever! The check in host was very rude and unprofessional. She addressed me as though I was trash. I asked to see the room before paying and she said, you can pay for it or leave. I just didn't feel like any guests should be spoken to like that. The room was clean, we found that it had roaches on the day that we were leaving. We were also told that we would have to pay to get clean towels the next day. What hotel charges for clean towels. The room was clean. Overall it was awful.

This was our 5th stay and it was awful The staff took 20 minuets to check us in. We had to call the 500 number 3 times before we got anyone. The bed was hard as a rock and the mattress kept sliding. The heater did not get hot and it was 25 degrees outside. The neighbors tv was loud all night and we were on the 1st floor so we heard walking all night. The staff was always unavailable.

Not a Happy Camper!!! Not a good stay...Room was smelly; smelled as if someone had been smoking in the room; people hanging out in the hallway.

Dormitory or Family style units This hotel is made for extended dormitory type stays. Not for a weekend trip. The rooms are clean but very little comfort and ambiance. The romping of children went on all day and into the night. If you are looking for an inexpensive, clean place to stay with no ambiance, this is for you.
