You get what you pay for. Knew it would be a dump when I saw the luggage cart. Missing wheels made it difficult to roll. Lobby was almost non existent. Employees helpful and courteous. Room was not cleaned very well. Furniture very dirty. Bed was acceptable for comfort but very stained . Elevator worked sporadically. Not good when you are on the third floor. Kitchen not stocked well. Search well for a better, cleaner place for extended stay.

Worst experience ever. We had reservations for the first three nights and last night of our trip. On our flight layover, I had a message from the hotel saying they were overbooked. I tried to call them back and couldn't get through! We had to book elsewhere, but stayed here the night before we flew home. We asked for non-smoking, but it smelled like a smoking room. ugh... There was a leak in the bathroom and the toilet overflowed the first time I used it. I called the front desk from my cell phone and there was no answer (I called twice from it and waited about 6 minutes each time) so I called directly from the phone in my room. Again no answer after about another 10 minutes. I go downstairs to the front counter and tell them of the problems in my room. They said they're all booked and can't switch rooms for me but they said they'll send me a voucher for a free night's stay at any one ... read more

Motel The room was clean! Housekeeping was there once a week, pet friendly so dogs were barking that night, and it's a motel. I think if it was stated on Expedia that it was a motel I wouldn't have stayed.

Near the Nashville Airport - The Hotel was completely run down. It needs to be closed and remodeled. The carpets and furniture were filthy dirty. Fortunately, I got there late and had to leave early in the morning. so, my experience lasted 8 hours. There was a brand new LG TV in the room, which really seemed out of place, considering the condition of the rest of the room

Scary We had 6 rooms 7 people staying. When we got there a guy who lives in the hotel was drunk cooking chicken in the parking lot and rude. Then it elevated to him screaming at the women in the group and saying horrific things... to the point that we had to call the cops! Awful, we left!

go somewhere else it's the worst- room wasnt ready, unconcerned staff, dirty room, -- i strongly suggest going anywhere else

You get what you pay fior. Non smoking room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and dirt. Dirty grounds and very noisy room. No exhaust fan in bathroom and lights over bed didn't work. Overall condition of room was disappointing. Smelled very dirty and when I talked to maid about the smell of smoke that was noticed as soon as the door was opened, she said the previous tenant must have smoked in the room. don't do it air condistioner did not work, room was not clean and the carpet had stains on it
