where was william I decided to stay for 2nd night and after paying for that night at the front desk I learned my card key wasn't working. I thought I had done something to cause it when actually it was dead batteries in door lock, Tamara the desk clerk couldn't find willam the maintainence man, he was not on the property and not answering his phone. she tried to do it herself and I felt sorry for her. after almost 2 hours I was put in another room temporarily with all my things and car keys in my first room. 最悪です チェックインして部屋を見たら部屋の掃除もタオル交換もしていない状態でフロントにクレームを言いに行ったら従業員もふてぶてしい態度で謝罪もなく部屋を交換する状態。 交換してもらった部屋が禁煙ルームだったので再びクレームを入れたら無いのよ！と投げ捨てるように言われた。 そして朝６時のチェックアウト時にオフィスは開いておらず真っ暗。 本当に最悪ですお勧めしません。
Very cheap, but very dirty. The room was filthy. Carpet full of stains and burn marks. Furniture was old and stained. Floor felt uneven under my feet and the door wouldn't swing cleanly over it. Had to push the door open and closed with my body. Walls and ceilings had cracks, water damage, stains, etc. Non-smoking room reeked of smoke; found cigarette ash in vent of AC unit. was very disappointing I was very disappointed with the conditions of the room, cracks in the walls,dirty and the motel design. We will NEVER stay at that location again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I booked an extended stay suite thinking they were a bit nicer than just a normal motel. Man, was I wrong!! From the moment I arrived, I did not like what I saw. The front desk was located in what appeared to be an over-sized closet, the clerk (while not rude) was not very friendly or welcoming. Since I was staying a few days, I wanted to unload my belongings with the only cart but the wheel was broken meaning I had to make 4 trips to and from my car......I was on the second floor!! Horrible hotel This place was a complete dump. Firstly, there was little parking available, so I had to park my car across the street and haul all of my luggage while dodging traffic. The room was old, smelled exactly like smoke, and had nasty stains on the wall. The bedsheets had stains on them, as did the towels and wash cloths. Worst hotel experience ever.

Very dirty and smelly. It was very dirty and smelly. Had to switch rooms. Dirty towels and dust and dirt everywhere. Both rooms smelled terrible.
