The room size was good, clean bedding (but bed skirts looks very dirty & worn-down). There're no amenities service for our room, no coffee maker, the kitchenette in room is old rusty and no cookware for it, absolutely empty kitchen cabinet. Microwave working but not functional. We paid $175.00/night - there should be better than that. No morning breakfast, no ice machine on premise. Horrible.

Good to stay Good location near the airport & Opry Mills.
I like some of the people that works there they was helpful to me on me first day there they was not like another people in another hotel's that put me out in the cold even though they no i had reservation at their hotel that I canceled after they put me out because it was not check in time for them that is something they need to deal with over there
