Don't waste your money This hotel is a complete joke. The rooms don't have the kitchen amenities they are supposed to. The burners on the stove were so far off you could only use 2 of them. The "hood" told you to open the window (on the opposite side of the room) if you were cooking. The cabinet doors were crooked. They "ran out" of can openers, toasters, and colanders. We normally stay at the oyster point location but switched it up this stay. The shower wasn't clean and the a/c unit cover was broken off. The room layout was nicer than oyster point.

Very upset, hotel moved us from Newport News to Chesapeake, Va. it was almost 45 minutes away from all our activities for the weekend! The weekend logistically was awful.

Affordable & Great Location We were fortunate to book a 2-night stay during our college's homecoming activities. Located across from Patrick Henry Mall and many other amenities, the location was perfect for us. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The staffing team was exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional at check-in and check-out. Definitely recommended for others!

Not bad if you're just sleeping It's annoying that you have to ask for any utensils needed, including coffee pot and plates. Also Annoying that you get little attitude for asking for it. Not to mention the glass coffee pot was chipped on the spout and they were out of almost every item. Had to ask for towels and bring back used ones. For the price we paid, I expected more upgrades or at least the free breakfast that was included. Place smelled of smoke, but claims to be smoke free. Don't waste your money ! So when I first get there they ask for my id. Cool there suppose to, guess the girl doesn't know math because she asked for another Id showing I was over 21. Then I already had paid for the room the required an additional $100 as a "deposit". We get in the room bring groceries up no cookware in room have to get from down stairs. They only had pots and gave the rest of the cookware to us on a plastics been. Bathroom tub had hair and stains in it. Bed was suppose to be queen seemed as if it was a full.... read more
