Bad service I arrive around 6pm and noone was in the office. The office was locked and I used the phone outside for about five mins but noone answered. 2 other patrons joined me and one lady was able to get into the office due to having a active room key. After we was let in the office, then again I proceeded to wait and noone came. One guest even left due to tired of waiting. Eventually two ladies came giggling and didnt seem very professional. Convenient to where I was going The room had a slight musty\moldy smell to it. The tv remote was missing, reported to front desk, never received one. Shower nozzle, the hand held one, leaked at connection so was unusable.

The bed was not comfortable. Only stayed here because all the other hotels were booked after reservations were made at another hotel. Disappointed.

Good location, great areas to walk to.i Traveling with a dog paid fee after checking in to first floor room was told animals not allowed in first floor. They assigned the room and knew of dog. Staff was a little nasty about it. Needed to stay extra day and told them 5 days prior but on that day was told they already had reservation for that room. Didn't seem to want to help or work something out. Won't stay there again.

Very disappointed There's no one in the main office after 11pm which I wish I known before we left for our stay there. We got to the extended stay at 5am and then found out we couldn't check in till 3pm. Thank god we have a family member 40 mins away. The rooms could def need an update and a very through cleaning. Overall I was very disappointed and will not ever be staying there again. I would not recommend this place unless you we're very pressed to go somewhere.

the roughvin the diamond Great area everything you need within 3 miles. But the hotel dirty ouside subpar conditons inside and tue breakfast was a joke, great staff very friendly and helpful, if I were broke I probably would visit again but as long as I work hard I know I can do better for my money.

ok for the price I needed to travel to Newport News, VA for a weekend business trip and chose Extended Stay because of the price. The value was what I needed, so I jumped on it. The hotel is close to a variety of shopping centers, so that is a plus, but the hotel itself is a bit sketchy. The outside is a bit rundown, and there were a variety of people just hanging out on the balcony and in the parking lot, so I didn't get a very "safe" sense on my first impression.
