Stay Somewhere Else! There was dust, carpet needed cleaning, drawers were dirty, a roach in the bathroom!

Not a clean bathroom and the toilet handle broke after 1st use.

Hard bed, bugs, unmanned front desk Let me start by saying that some years back I lived in an Extended Stay for a short time after a fire at my house. It was a very positive experience so I had no concers about booking this the Extended Stay in Newport News. I was horribly disappointed and cut my stay short. The bed was hard and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. Ehh Not the cleanest stay. If you like nice hotels this is not the place 4 you. No bed bugs though.

Horrible!! This hotel i wouldn't bring my dog if i had one. The chair had white stains on it and the bed was really uncomfortable never again!!!! This hotel was not clean at all. We couldn't wait to check out.

Not very good fellow guests- loud on weekends/yelling. Bed was horrible- tossed and turned all night. Had to go to the office for the hair dryer.

I wouldn't The hotel looks old and like druggies live there. My room smelled like the vents need to be cleaned. Room smelled musty but staff was nice.
