My stay at this hotel was pretty awful. The room was not that clean and room service does not clean the rooms on a regular basis. The power and cable were out for several hours and then the cable only has 10 channels. Area feels unsafe there were several homeless individuals noted on the grounds. Possible drug deals taking place on the property as well. A strong odor of what is believed to be marijuana noted coming from employees office at night.

DO NOT BOOK THIS ONE The staff was very very nice, helpful and apologetic. This is not necessarily on them or at least the staff that we worked with. If it wasn't 10:30 pm I would have demanded the refund and found another place but we'd already huffed everything upstairs, had to be up before 6 and had been driving in traffic for 7 hours

Bad, Bad, Bad Very!!! Disappointed!!! It is a shame that such a large hotel chain cannot even properly maintain ANYTHInG with this hotel....unclean, very poor room conditions, no service outside of checking in and checking out.....very sketchy locals hanging out in the parking lot and lots of commotion outside and suspected illegal activity

The carpet was stained. There was a table but no chairs. Called front desk for chairs and they were never brought to room.

自由なホテル 部屋に虫が入ってくるので神経質な人には向かないと思う。激安なスーパーが近くにあり。色々な器具を貸しくれるので長期滞在向き。

Shady The advertise breakfast, but it is "grab and go." Just some coffee and muffins in the office. If you want to use the kitchen, you need to go to the office to get supplies. Nothing is in the room except for one plastic cup. This is probably because there are a lot of shady people staying there. I had some kid come up to me when I was going into my room asking to borrow $2. I declined the offer to be generous

My stay at Extended Stay America was interesting to say the least. I was there for 4 nights, on the 3rd floor. The elevator was not in service for 3 of the days. The phone in the room didn't work. The fan in the bathroom wasn't working.
