Nasty, and Dirty Hotel The hotel was very unclean. Cigarette Butts were everywhere on the grounds. Very dirty in the room as well. Woke up at 3 a.m. with a huge bug the size of a quarter crawling on my face. I will never stay here again.

Terrible customer service from manager. Refused to resolve issues.
Wedding trip The hotel and staff were horrible!!! We were first put in a room that smelled completely like smoke with old furniture and dirty curtains. I asked to be changed and the hotel staff were hesitant at first. The room was eventually changed to an ok room that was still dirty!! I will never return to extended stay again.
Bring your own bath clothes and towels. First of all this was the smallest room i have ever stayed in. It is like 3 inches in between the bed and air conditioner so if you have a double room pick straws on who gets that bed. It was in the 90s so you either can turn the ac off and burn up while in bed or turn it on and freeze to death. The refrigerator leaked so it was water everywhere on the floor. Dont Book unless you are desperate with NO OPTIONS My stay.....Horrific would be putting it lightly!!! My room smelled like cat urine, the carpet was stained and dirty, the bed was not comfy, the pillows were like inexpensive flat walmart pillows it was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. For the life in me I dont understand how they would have the audacity to offer online booking. False advertising this is! I stayed one night and after that booked the rest of the week at the Holiday Inn.
Disturbed The hotel booked us in a hotel room with people already staying in it, twice! Talk about double booking.
