The Manager is kind of nasty. Room was not cleaned
The shower needs more pressure. there was a roach in our room , didn't get enough towels. And the manager was very rude.
Room full of roaches and front desk very rude
Terrible stay Smell like cigarettes You can hear the people next door Fussing & fighting

Not handicap friendly The hotel doesn't like people.who have disabilities such as seizures, room never cleaned the whole week I was there. Bathroom was nasty also filters in AC was gross.

Weekend Horror This was the absolute worse hotel stay ever, staff was not available 24 hours, we had 2 different incidents where at the same time 12:35 Am someone pulled the fire alarm we had to evuate and stand outside in the cold in our pajamas.The hotel had bugs in the room,the bed were awful on your back.If we had known that this was a hotel where people lived on a daily basis it wouldn't have been our choice. When you did see the staff they couldnt provide answers happiest part of my stay was when I checked out.

Very bare minimum No supplies were available, such as tissue, toilet paper, hair dryer, etc. Someone deliberately used a fire extinguisher in the hall on our floor and the entire hotel had to evacuate at 12:30 AM. Disappointing surroundings. I knew there were no dishes and cooking equipment supplied, and came prepared for that, but the other missing supplies were not good.
