Bad Customer Service I’m recommend to others NO go to this hotel, customer service was close wen we arrived, in any other hotels you can find people at the front desk at any time, also because we get late they cancel our reservation at 10:00pm te same day RIDICULOUS

Going down! The police were there when I arrived, and everyday for a week. I asked for non-smoking and got smoking. There was garbage and clothes left under the sink, a roach in the bathroom, a roach in the kitchen. I was there 2 years ago and it was totally different.

Needs better housekeeping We were welcomed by a slew of cockroaches, and you can expect to see more when you need to use the bathroom in the night. This a definite no frills place. The price is great but they need better housekeeping and potentially some extra blankets.

Kind of slipping away Nothing to discuss on THIS trip. Wasn't as satisfactory as expected it to be. Maybe worse days occur or situations may arise.

Do NOT STAY No sleep. People above us running till 145am. No one at desk would answer phone. 1st room was so smokey and dirty, put us downstairs. People walking halls all night loud, not clean, and NO STAFF!! front desk had her husband and kid there hanging out. AC in room was wonkey. They said turn to heat and back, tried it several times as it was hot, would work for 20 ton30 seconds.

Never again!!! Worse experience I've had at a hotel. Room Wasn't clean the hotel only has full size beds. A double bed 1 room studio means it's 1 double size bed in the room not 2 beds. I order pizza and had to go to the lobby to pick it up...worse experience ever!!! Staff was completely rude and ghetto

Horrible room! The room looked NOTHING like the add on Expedia! The floors & windows were filthy & the whole room smelled like wet dog. We were so disappointed that we left after only a few hours into our 7 day stay. (which cost us an extra $700.00 to find another hotel.

Horrible, don't stay here.. So after being told they had no pillows for us (received the last night of our stay), no working microwave (delivered last night of our stay) and no room with 2 beds for us to move to, we continued to try to leave the hotel for 2 days. The night staff kept telling us they would change the room tomorrow, then the day staff said they couldn't change it. Night staff gave us room number 419, that we could move to, but never moved us because they gave it to someone else. Finally we had enough and advis... read more
